Insight from the data : (1) Renting entire home is more expensive than renting private room or shared room
(2) Although the renting price has a clear seaonality, the price in the peak season is only slightly higher than in the off-peak season in each area
(3) Renting private room in the most expensive area is about the same price as renting entire home in the least expensive area
